My name is Michael and I am the owner of the Behavior & Counseling Center, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Licensed Behavior Specialist. I completed my undergraduate degree at Saint Joseph's University with a major of Psychology and Master's degree of Clinical and Counseling Psychology at William Paterson University.
I have been employed at some of the largest behavioral healthcare organizations in the country. During which, I gained a wide variety of experience with many different populations. In my experience, I noticed larger agencies often focus too heavily on administrative needs and billable hours productivity. I believe this creates a rift between therapist and client and dilutes the quality of care. I started this private practice with the purpose of focusing on the individual client to provide the highest quality of care possible for each person's needs.
I have extensive experience working within the field of ABA/behavior modification as well as within the field of clinical counseling. I work within the framework of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) while incorporating a person-centered approach for my psychotherapy clients, and combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and (CBT) for my children and adolescent clients.
I specialize in treating mood disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, suicidal ideation as well as trauma informed care and PTSD. I also have over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and neurodivergency.

Hi, I’m Jill. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, overthinking, burnout, and the emotional toll of modern life. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by constant news alerts, social media, and the pressure to keep up in a world that rarely slows down. I also support clients exploring identity, building self-esteem, and reconnecting with a stronger sense of who they are and what matters most to them.
My approach is grounded in the belief that every person has inherent worth and the capacity for growth. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical — helping you gain insight into deeper patterns while also developing tools to navigate daily life more effectively. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to help clients understand patterns in their thoughts and behaviors that are no longer serving them and to help them feel like the best versions of themselves. I also draw from polyvagal theory to help clients regulate their nervous systems and move out of chronic stress states.
I believe distress doesn’t occur in a vacuum. Many of the struggles people experience are shaped by larger social and systemic pressures, and therapy can be a space to understand those influences while reconnecting with your own values, strengths, and sense of agency. Expect a warm, authentic and collaborative space where you feel supported in exploring challenges, building self-worth, and moving toward a life full of hope, meaning, and connection.

Hi! My name is Hannah and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. My approach to therapy is holistic, engaging and centered around highlighting my client’s strengths so that these can be harnessed to help them reach their goals. I am EMDR certified, and integrate psychodynamic and behaviorally oriented approaches into my work. I specialize in treating simple and complex trauma, anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, and relational issues. I also have training in mindfulness based stress reduction, and have a particular interest in helping women navigate life transitions, challenges in intimate relationships/dating, and their journey with pregnancy and parenthood.
I see it as an honor and a privilege to work collaboratively with my clients and bear witness to their stories and vulnerabilities’, their strengths and their resiliency. Through our work together, I will challenge you to identify relational patterns and behaviors that no longer serve you in an environment that is safe and supportive. I will also work with you to identify and target self limiting beliefs so you can process them and move forward with your life. I look forward to seeing what we can accomplish together!

Hi my name is Jenna! I received my Masters of Mental Health Counseling at PCOM and am currently working towards my hours for full licensure. I’ve worked with a range of individuals in my experience as a therapist so far, and I am committed to showing up as authentically as I can.
My approach to therapy is grounded in my curiosity and desire to understand the person sitting across from me. There is no-one-size-fits-all path to healing, so I enjoy blending techniques to meet your unique needs. Whether that is challenging your thoughts through CBT or DBT, untangling difficult experiences, or simply holding space for the emotions you have brought with you that day. I’ll just meet you where you are.
My experience also includes working with neurodiverse folks on the Autism spectrum, which has deepened my appreciation and understanding for the power of communication in all of its forms. I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and sensory friendly environment where you can show up as yourself, whoever that may be.
We can laugh when it feels right (I am no stranger to cracking jokes when needed), sit in the tough moments together, and explore your thoughts and emotions with acceptance. If you’re navigating through a difficult transition, struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity, or self esteem, I would be pleased to walk with you through it.
Therapy is an intimidating and rewarding journey. There is no right or wrong way to start, come as you are and we’ll take it from there.

Hi, I’m Melissa! I received my MS in Mental Health Counseling from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and am currently a pre-licensed counselor working toward my PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
Through my training, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work with individuals across a wide range of diagnoses and focus on understanding your unique experiences so we can tailor therapy to what truly works for you.
I have experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, particularly in women, as well as mood, behavioral, and neurodevelopmental concerns. I also work with individuals exploring identity-related concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that can feel overwhelming or difficult to navigate alone.
My approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I recognize the impact that past experiences can have on the present, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and empowering. I have experience using a variety of therapeutic approaches and truly believe that therapy is an individual experience. Together, we will explore what works best for you, whether that means building practical coping skills, gaining insight, or processing past experiences, so that therapy feels both meaningful and effective.
I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Therapy doesn’t require you to have everything figured out. You can show up exactly as you are. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you as we explore whatever challenges you may be facing.
Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is often the hardest step. If you’re here, you’ve already taken that step, and that matters. I would be honored to support you in your journey.

I meet with teens and adults individually and in groups around identity questions and life transitions or crises, anxiety and ADHD, relationship patterns, grief, and that stuck feeling. My diverse life experience—across cultures, roles, and seasons—deepens my empathy and brings added perspective to the work. Sessions are warm and practical—we slow down enough to understand the “why,” then choose next steps that fit your life. If you’re looking for honest insight and skills you can use right away, I’d be honored to work with you. (Internship services are offered at a discounted and affordable rate.)
